Guy Etherton is a relationship builder by trade and a translator at heart. His greatest strength lies in thinking outside the box, in terms of both business communications and relationship management, to come up with creative solutions to help businesses run more efficiently — and to share the news of what they are doing with their target audiences.

Prior to starting Mill Consulting, Guy worked with First Onsite, Rayford & Associates, Pilot Catastrophe, and Brabner & Hollon. Beyond honing his business acumen, those roles provided him with a unique insight into how to break down siloes, to recognize similarities and differences between different industries - and how that can be beneficial to all businesses. This unique career inspired Guy to help improve other organizations to make them run more efficiently and effectively.

He is also a native Mobilian, proud public relations graduate of The University of Alabama, husband and father to four, and believes success comes when a group of inspired people find their purpose. At his core, he just wants to help people find their voice and get it out into the world.
